Security reports
Report suspected account compromise or security issues to support@aatma.guru. Do not include credentials, session cookies, private keys or raw sensitive evidence in the first message.
Response expectations
We aim to acknowledge billing and access issues within 2 business days. Complex payment reconciliation, refund settlement, identity verification and governed content review may take longer. Provider-controlled settlement timelines are not guaranteed by SattvaOS.
