What we collect
aatma.guru collects organization identity information (name, type, country, website), authorized representative details (name, role, authority basis, work email), corpus metadata (asset names, types, declared sizes, rights declarations), and team membership records (identity references, roles, invitation status). We do not collect raw corpus content through the browser. Corpus assets are registered by metadata first; file upload uses direct-to-storage sessions that do not route through the application server.
What we do not collect
We do not collect sensitive identity documents through this interface. Evidence for representative verification is handled through secure offline review channels. We do not collect payment card data, spiritual or religious beliefs of individual seekers, personal communications, or any data beyond what is necessary for organization administration.
Data residency
Organisation control-plane data is stored in the explicitly configured SattvaOS region and named database. Data residency for later corpus/media services follows the approved tenant configuration and applicable service contract; the browser cannot select or override the authoritative database.
Third-party services
aatma.guru is powered by SattvaOS infrastructure. Authentication uses Descope. Razorpay is the launch-authoritative subscription checkout and payment-verification provider. PayPal remains configured, but lifecycle proof is deferred and it is not offered at checkout. Human onboarding follow-up is tracked server-side; email delivery is not part of this flow. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider, not stored in the browser application. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioural advertising.
Data retention
Organization data follows the organization lifecycle. Upon organization closure, data is retained for the legally required period and then subject to deletion according to the SattvaOS data retention policy. Audit logs are immutable for the retention period.
