Platform purpose
aatma.guru is an organization administration platform for SattvaOS. It is not a spiritual authority. Digital Guides produced through this platform are AI assistants that present organization-approved teachings. They are not the teacher, do not channel spiritual consciousness, and cannot substitute for human guidance.
Private beta terms
Access to aatma.guru is by invitation and review during private beta. Membership may be revoked if an organization violates these terms, fails representative verification, or acts outside its stated intended use. The platform may change its features, availability, or terms during private beta without advance notice.
Organization responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for: - Providing accurate identity and representative information. - Controlling or holding authorization for all corpus content registered. - Ensuring their authorized representative has genuine governance authority. - Maintaining accurate rights declarations for all registered assets. - Informing the platform team of material changes to organization status.
Membership and usage charges
SattvaOS Organisation is USD $199 monthly or USD $1,999 annually unless a written order states otherwise. Annual billing saves USD $389 compared with twelve monthly payments. The membership provides organisation infrastructure access; usage-based AI/media credits and applicable third-party charges are separate. Wallet depletion does not cancel membership, and subscription cancellation does not erase wallet or tenant records.
Payments, renewals and cancellation
Razorpay processes the launch-authoritative recurring payment. Membership activates only after server-side provider verification. The provider may retry failed recurring payments under its mandate and rules. You may cancel at period end; access continues through the paid term. Past-due, cancelled or expired accounts may be restricted without destructive tenant deletion. PayPal remains configured, but lifecycle proof is deferred and it is not offered at checkout. Refunds follow the published Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Digital Guide disclosure requirements
Every Digital Guide produced through aatma.guru must clearly identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of each session. It must not claim to be the teacher, a spiritual authority, or a substitute for human guidance. Organizations cannot disable or override this mandatory disclosure.
Prohibited uses
Organizations may not use aatma.guru or its Digital Guides to: - Impersonate any living or deceased person. - Make medical, legal, or financial claims or give advice. - Target vulnerable populations (including minors) without appropriate safeguards. - Distribute content to which they do not hold rights or authorization. - Claim supernatural powers, guaranteed spiritual outcomes, or divine authority. - Generate revenue through means that violate the platform's commercial policy.
Platform rights
SattvaOS reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or revoke access to any organization that violates these terms, fails verification, or poses risk to seekers. Suspension does not automatically delete organization data. Closure follows the governed lifecycle.
