This page explains how the digital SattvaOS Organisation membership is delivered.
Digital service only
SattvaOS Organisation is a digitally delivered software and infrastructure membership. No physical goods are sold or shipped as part of this subscription, so physical shipping charges and courier tracking do not apply.
Delivery
After the payment provider authoritatively verifies the subscription, the system creates one canonical organisation, tenant and owner membership. The welcome screen is available immediately after successful activation. A server-owned human onboarding follow-up is due within 24 hours; it does not prevent workspace use.
Setup and governed capabilities
Workspace membership does not bypass identity, corpus, persona, rights, safety or publication review. Some Digital Guide and media capabilities remain in Setup Required, Awaiting Review or Private Beta states until their governance gates are completed.
Delivery problems
If payment was completed but the workspace does not activate, do not pay again. Contact support@aatma.guru with the provider's non-secret reference so the verified event can be reconciled safely.
